SUMMARY
HNT-THERMAFLEX FILAMENT
FLAME-RETARDANT, THERMALLY RESISTANT, FLEXIBLE FILAMENT FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

HNT-ThermaFlex™ is a next-generation 3D printing filament engineered with halloysite nanotubes (HNTs). Designed to meet the extreme demands of military and industrial applications, this filament brings flame retardancy, thermal resistance, and adaptive chemical release to flexible thermoplastics— without requiring any printer modifications.
DoD-ready
Fully FDM-compatible
Eco-friendly & scalable
Capable of releasing active agents (fire retardants, anti-corrosion, and more)
KEY FEATURES
