HTELASTOX™
– HALLOYSITE NANOTUBE-REINFORCED ELASTOMERS
BUILT FOR GEOTHERMAL EXTREMES.

READY FOR INDUSTRIAL SCALE.
OVERVIEW
HT‑ElastoX™ is a nanocomposite elastomer system formulated for ultra-high temperature (300–375°C), high-pressure (10,000 psi), and chemically aggressive environments, such as Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS), oil and gas, and semiconductors. It uses halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) to improve performance, extend service life, and lower material cost compared to high-end elastomers such as FFKM.
Withstands
>375°C

Resists brine and acids
Costs 20× less than perfluoroelastomers

Extends lifetime by 3×–10×
